Evgeny Marchenko Evgeny is co-owner of WOGA, and one of the head coaches of the women's elite team. His gymnasts include Hollie, Nikki Childs, Stephanie Gentry, Nina Kim, Carly Patterson, Lindsey Vanden Eykel, and Kaitlin White. Evgeny is a former USSR, European, and World Acrobatic Champion, and also a three-time World Cup Champion. In 1990 he was awarded the highest honor for a Soviet athlete, "Master of Sport".

Natalia Boyarskaya Natalia coaches the optional women's team, as well as Level 6 & 5 girl's team, and Level 4 & 5 Pre-Team. She was a member of the Kazakhstan National Gymnastics Team from 1981-1987, and has been coaching for over 12 years! She has also coached ten former Soviet "Masters of Sport" - one of the highest achievements in the sport.
